Title: Announcement is from three years ago

The top post, the announcement, on this forum is from 2004 for god's sake!  ...saying that file uploading has been enabled.

The file uploading is evidently disabled. Why the stoopid message at the top? Does anyone from Arturia read or admin this forum?

I deleted the annoucement, it was *a bit* obsolete...
