Title: Spark plug-in problem
Post by: Mindzi on March 09, 2014, 12:06:59 pm
Hello,
I bought Arturia SparkLE abou two months ago and I have some serious problem using it as VST plug-in. (DAW - Sonar X2 producer edition)
It works fine in Standalone but when I open it in instrument track different errors occurs. WHen i first open it in instrument track the software works fine with midi controller only problem was it doesnt record audio. About two days later Plug in doesnt work and everything i get was sending midi out controller. When I open it now the plug-in doesnt work + I get some typical "Connection Fail" mesage when I try to connect controller. I never expected there will be so much problem in recording audio from SparkLE into DAW. I really dont know what to do :-\ . If i dont figure out how to do this , the SparkLE become useless for me and I have to sell it.
Thanks for all advice,
Mark.
Spark version - 1.7.2
DAW - Sonar X2 producer edition

Hi there best way to record audio from an instrument vsti is to route the instrument to a group bus and then from the group to an audio track .
or setup export the patten as audio  in the preferences .

as with the confection issue this is normally a usb issue as the spark program cannot see the controller usb bus please try unplugging all other usb gear and  plug the controller in to your computer directly .

regards
