Title: Connection Problems
Post by: Idan on January 02, 2014, 03:49:50 pm

MicroBrute is my first synthesizer and I have a few questions

The MB connected with USB to the computer and not hear anything but its send a midi notes to Cubase. Can I fix it without connect from LINE OUT to my sound card?

When I connect the MB to the sound card I hear just in MONO and when I record in Cubase its in mono channel. It should be like this? If not how can I fix it?

In short, how I need to connect MB and set it in Cubase to get good results?

If its help my sound card is N.I. KOMPLETE AUDIO 6
Thanks to all helpers!!

You will need the line out connected to your soundcard to get any audio, the USB is just for midi/control, no audio will pass that way.

It is indeed a mono synth so there is nothing you are doing wrong, you will get a mono signal from it and not stereo.
