Title: Unknown Firmware

I am new to midi controllers and the minilab in general. I wish to use the midi control center but it says firmware unknown and when I select it there is no option to upgrade so essentially the program cannot function. I am running the newest version of windows 8

I have the exact same problem with Windows 7.
