Title: CS-80V Detune panel

I find that the CS-80V is usually a bit out of tune. In searching the interface, I discovered a de-tune panel in the info panel. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but I don't know if there is anything I can do in here to rectify the problem or if I inadvertently did something in the past without realizing it. I can find no mention of this panel in the manual. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
