Anyone else notice the envelope times between the vcf and the vca are different?? If i put my attack at full, the vcf cuts out before the vca, is this normal?

How much before?
Is one like half the length of the other, or something else extreme? Or is it just a second off?

on my unit they seem to match up well though...sounds to me that you either:
don't have cutoff at the bottom of the correct spectrum
envelope for the vcf isn't at the max level
kbd tracking isn't at 0
some combination of these and / or sustain values not fully at 0, etc.
try uploading a pic of a patch where you notice this occurring and it'll be easier to figure out why
