I can only run my Spark in "demo" mode. I can't register the Spark because the original owner already did. I can't contact tech support unless I register it first!!! Anyone have any ideas?

you can either
a) open a ticket using "NOPRODUCT" or something like that. just explain the problem and they'll handle it
b) contact the seller and ask him to do it
c) open up a case against the seller on ebay because he clearly fucked you over
