Title: Where are the registration keys?

I've had good response from Arturia on orders but I've recently placed two orders and I haven't received the download links or keys. Both are Spark Expansion Packs. One was ordered six days ago. The other was ordered yesterday. All I get is the automated response.

Are they closed this week or are they have some kind of problems?

Hi Ken,
can you tell me what is the email address you have used for these orders?
Is it the same than the one for the forum?

Hi Kevin,

It's the same email.  I'm guessing it's just a snafu. I ordered the Hip Hop and the EDM Expansion Packs.
