It looks like it's a common problem. I emailed last week and got a reply saying that they would help as soon as possible. No reply since then.

I got an email about a week ago asking for a picture of the serial number and unlock code. I sent a picture back and still no reply. It's too late to return it now so it looks like I'm stuck with a $100 keyboard that I can't use. >:(
