Title: Beginners question on MMV demo!

Hi - I am new to MMV and to Apple Mac OSX Tiger.

i want to try out the demo before buying. I have downloaded the .sit file to my desktop from the ftp site. Now what do I do with it? I click it and it says it does not know what file to open it with. it seems like there is no installer. I tried dragging it to the applications folder but it just sits there.

Any ideas please? All help gratefully received as I would like to try and then buy!

It's easy to solve. Unfortunately .sit files (compressed using StuffIt) now require you to download that free application here:
http://www.stuffit.com/mac/index.html

For years this free app was included in Apple OS default install, now Apple has its own .zip compression feature.
So download that little free app and enjoy your demo! :-)
