Title: How to start 1601 sequencer from other sequencers (Cubase)

Hi !

Do you know how to synchronize 2600 internal sequencer to the vst host's sequencer? I want to have all my sequencers started when I hit "play" button in cubase.

The MIDI SYNC switch is on the right front panel of the 1601 panel... just to the right of the CLOCK FREQUENCY, FM and PULSE WIDTH sliders.

You need, of course, also to have a note-on event on the track assoicated with the ARP2600 to trigger the playback. Simply place a note event at the downbeat of the measure you want the sequence to start

Sure, but HOW do you do this if you are using it as an EFFECT, in which case, there does not seem to be any access to midi?
