Title: MMV 2 Unexpectedly Quits

Hi,

Just jumped into digital music.

And I just bought a used MMV2 from someone off the net. And so I installed it off the disc. But when I try to run the standalone unit it unexpectedly quits every time. I just downloaded the "update" here on this site and still same deal. Keeps quitting before it even starts.

Any help? Anyone have this same problem.

I also just got Logic Express 7. Any way I can access this just through logic? (soory I'm new to al of this and already frustrated ;(

I'm running aG4 powerbook OSX 10.4.3

This may be your problem, try the following:

If I remember correctly, MMV uses your IP address for copy protection. If you are connected to the internet when you launch the MMV it will quit. Try disconnecting from the internet then launch MMV, then you can connect to the internet after it's launched.

Regarding using MMV in Logic, someone else will have to answer that one because I don't know : )

Hi, my MMV2 is brand new and quit too... I'm on a new G5 2,3 dualcore... pffff... can anyone help?
the vst part works but not the stand alone...
