Title: pigments 4 goes silent after playing about 5 notes

I'm using Ableton 11,and after playing a few notes in Pigments 4 using keylab mk 11 I get silence.I've made sure remote is switched off in options on Ableton.All the other Arturia  keyboards play ok. I just cannot see what else to do.

Strange.

Do you have the same issue using Pigments in standalone mode?
Have you tried to reinstall Pigments?
