Title: Feature Request: Empty Patch Sheets - Templates in the Manuals

Hi.
It would be nice to have an empty patch template sheet in the manuals for reference and for sketching out ideas. I found some patch sheets for the ARP2600 in the internet, but the interface layout is not 100% the same of course. Thanks!
