Title: Paid for in-store presets not showing up in plugin

I've downloaded all "owned" preset packs but they don't show up in the plugin. When I click on the pack in the store view it shows the title but no presets, they they don't show up My Sound Banks. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling to no avail.

Have you tried running Arturia Software Center? It authorizes content, so perhaps worth trying.

Thanks for the suggestion, but the sample packs appear unrelated to the ASC
