When filling out the form for tech support on the website, it gives you no way to enter the product you are writing about… that field comes up with no options where there should be a list. You cannot type it in either.
You can fill out all other lines on the form, however…

Strange. I just tried, and i get a product list in the dropdown menu.
It does'nt look like you need to enter the product. I tried to send a form, and the Your Product textfield does'nt turn red as others do.
So can't you post without filling that field?

As I said in the OP, I can fill the rest of the form out (which I did)
That was 2 days ago and I haven’t heard back. I’m assuming it’s not registering properly or routing to the right set of eyes.
This is frustrating AF

I don't see you've said you have posted.
Have you seen in your spamfolder if there is an reply from Arturia?
Normally you get a auto post at once. And then response after 24 hours - only workdays count.

I’ve received nothing at all. Tried a few times now. It’s never been an issue before.
I’ve been a Arturia user for years.

You made it sound like the issue was about the textfield.
The issue apparantly is you did'nt get an response on a form you posted.
Never mind, We got there.
Unfortunately i have no idea what's going on. As said, it seems to work here.
Perhaps you can try to contact Sales Support about the form issue.
Perhaps Arturia will reply here, as they do sometimes.

Apparently I rattled the proper cage, as it gave me the dropdown list. Lets hope I get a response from Tech Support.
