Title: Filter MS-20

I am a V-Collection 9 registered user - in fact I have loads of Arturia software. How can I get the Filter MS-20 for free as it was for other customers last Christmas? Surely all customers should be treated equally?

Aside from ASC, often software that you have or qualify for, may be tucked away https://www.arturia.com/support/downloads&manuals  under downloads and manuals.  Aside from perhaps opening a support ticket (recommended), you may want to check there..
