Title: Touch strips not working

Good day! I have an issue with touch strips, they are not working at all. I wanted to ask if it is a bug or a deffect? Here is the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4yjXa4nRxk

Hello Alexander_rend,
I'm sorry to hear that i can recommend two things.
- Go to Utility/Misc/Reset settings
- If this does not work i think there might be something disconnected inside your unit, i recommend turning to Arturia's support or your reseller.

Resetting the settings didn't work for me as well as updating the firmware
I've contacted the reseller for a replacement.
