Title: For KeyLab MK3 - Add Midi 2.0 + Premium MPE + better pads

Make premium implementation of Midi 2.0 + MPE ability for KeyLab MK3 + improve the pads they are not sensitive enough, (same problem like on Arturia MiniLAb MK3)
