Title: The contact rubber suffered a breakage i nned buy a replacement

one of the rubber contact of my controller suffered a breakage so I need to replace it, the problem is that I can not find the spare part anywhere, I need guidance to find the right replacement and have my controller operational again, if you know of any supplier that sells these parts or any alternative part that meets the requirements I would be immensely grateful.
