Title: MiniLab Mk II don't play

Hello everyone, this is my first post on this forum. I'm a bit desperate.  :-[

I've a macbook air M1 ...
i've a lot of problems months ago with Arturia MiniLab Mk.

I've asked help to customer care .. and Arturia's crew tell me to do update from Analog Lab 4 to Analog Lab V.

I've do this "payment" upload but my keyboards MiniLab Mk II don't play anyway!!!  :'( :'( :'(
Also the FIRMWARE upload don't work. My latest FIRMWARE (download from Arturia website support) is UNKNOWN and every upload was filed.

I'm disperate. I can't use my MiniLab Mk II and i spent money for software upload, in vain.

really bad situation!

Hello,

Have you followed the available startup informations and also set up the MIDI and Audio settings in ALV?

You allready did own a version of ALV like Arturia wrote. So i don't know why you apparantly have purchased another.
