Title: Keylab 61 mk2 - octave up/down function doesn't seem to work

Hi guys,

I am experiencing a problem using my Keylab 61 and I would really like to know if anyone knows a fix for this.

When I try to change the octaves with the oct - and oct + buttons, the first two octaves on the left side of the keyboard don't seem to be affected by it. Only the keys on the right side of the keyboard change in octaves accordingly. Could this be a setting that I accidentally turned on? Or would this be a device malfunction?

I have tried resetting everything and tried looking up the problem online, but I am at a dead end.

Any help would be deeply appreciated!!
