Title: Can't save presets for any V-Collection instruments

I recently acquired the V-Collection, and it's been working great aside from one major issue: every time I try to save create a new preset the program crashes and I lose my preset. This happens with every instrument in the V-Collection. I'm not using a DAW right now, just the standalone programs. If anyone has any idea how I might fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

I would start with an uninstall/reinstall via the ASC.
