Title: Cubase + expression pre-sales questions

Hi

How's the integration with Cubase please?
I searched and saw it uses the Mackie protocol, was wondering if there's any side-effects or if there is full control of transport and cc control etc...?
Comments and or links appreciated!

Question 2 can you confirm the control jack supports a midi expression pedal ? I'd like to use that to control BIAS FX pedals via midi learn through the Minilab whilst recording guitar...
Keen to ensure this type of routing is possible.

Had a reply from tech support by email, works with Cubase through using Mackie Control MCU adding a device and setting up through Cubase.
Might not be automatic but at least doable, they also say will add a script through next update so good news for Cubase producers.

Expression pedal supported so good news too. I'm surprised there aren't more manufacturers working to develop cool foot-based controllers for DAWs, not for live.
