Title: When re-selling a unit

Seeing as Arturia has integrated the hardware with the software, I'm quite curious as to how one would go about selling the hardware unit.

If I were to sell, how would I go about transfering the registrered VST to the buyer? The VST is needed for updating the firmware, so I don't see it possible to sell the unit without sort of transfering the license.

Is there any official way or stance on this from Arturia? I assume lots of people are in a situation wherein they realised the VST is actually quite a bargain when you're the type that don't lean towards hardware, but would rather tinker around with a mouse :)
