Title: Ability to modify FX parameters when FX slot if OFF

It would be great live performance feature if we could change parameters when FX is off and then "punch" it on/off.

Btw. I have Mini for 3 days now, I am absolutely blown by it. Amazing synth! Thank you ☺️
