Title: Tempo and matrix questions
Post by: Vertveine on January 19, 2023, 07:43:00 pm
Hello , sorry i wrote in french my remarks/questions.

1) Minifreak V 1.01.385 (x64)

Great machine !❤

Hello Vertveine,
I'll answer to your remarks in english so everyone here can see them:

1. The tempo cannot be seen in MiniFreak V like on MiniFreak
=> In standalone open the Audio/MIDI settings, the tempo is here, note that it is only supported from 30 to 240 BPM
=> Also the MiniFreak V is supposed to be used in a DAW, therefore it's the DAW that sets the global Tempo

2. We cannot Assign a Matrix point on a different page
=> Yes that is one of the limitations on the Hardware that we tried to work around on the Software

Hope that helps.
Kind regards.

1) Thanks, understood

2) When you create the link from matrix on Minifreak V the function is correctly replicated on Minifreak
but the display is always "(null)=>cutoff"
Having just a correct display on Minifreak could be a perfect workaround to the hardware limitation (that i accept perfectly)

thanks for the quick and detailled answers , continue the good job !
