Title: Lots of lockups/crashes with Live & transport doesnt work in User preset

Hello,

I'm having a lot of "lockups" where I will try to use the transport, or the device has been idle for some times, and it no longer responds. In order to get it working again I have to disconnect and reconnect it.

Also, the transport does not work in my User presets. When you hold shift it appears, but the buttons do nothing. It works fine for Live using the Arturia or DAW presets.

Has anyone else had these issues?

I resolved this. I had a number of controllers registered with Ableton Live. Clearing them out of the settings fixed these issues. I bought another Minilab and am having no problems with either of the two now.

Yes, I had similar issues after I set up a user preset. It would lock up/freeze. Unplugging it and plugging it back in caused it to factory reset.  I haven’t been able to resolve this so given up with user presets until this is fixed.
