Title: Analog V - some purchased sound banks are elusive!

Hi, thought I'd try asking for help here.
While using Analog V as an insert within Logic Pro x, I purchased a few sound banks. While some work fine, others, despite saying they're installed, have no visible presets or sounds. I will try to attach a pic.
Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm using:
 
logic 10.7.4
Mac OS Monterey 12.6
Apple M1 Max

Ok, well let me ask this then: how does one get tech support from Arturia on this issue? Last week I submitted a tech support request but have not heard a peep yet.  ??? ::)

Have you reached out to the company that you bought the sound banks from to ask them? Also, have you tried deleting/uninstalling them, rebooting, redownloading the sound banks from scratch and reinstalling them?

And i can add - tried deleting the db.db3 file in your preset folder and rebuild the database.

So many threads have been about things like this, and you have not told what you have tried.
You don't eben tell how you have contacted support. This is also to be found in many threads. If you have'nt got an automatic email from Arturia, then something is wrong either on yours or Arturias side.

Thanks for the suggestions..and the mildly supercilious attitude. What would posting for tech help on an Internet forum be without THAT?! :)
