Title: Not a happy camper with activation

I happily sent Arturia my dollars for V Collection 9 and supposedly everything is registered at the Arturia Software Center but when I try to use the anyone of items, I get the message that says "This software is not activated on this computer"  Please sign in to your Arturia Account. When I try to do that it says invalid email or password but I can login to the ASC with no problem..   Needless to say I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER >:(
