Title: BUG: MIDI thru is only letting MIDI clock through when arp/seq running

The MIDI thru implementation has a serious bug: An incoming MIDI clock is only sent to the output port when either the arpeggiator or sequencer are running. This is not a proper MIDI thru implementation that would relay ANY incoming MIDI message (NOTE, CC, SYSRT, SYSEX) to the output and do that without any interruptions.
