Title: Mini Freak V won't install

Get message Mini Freak V is installing, then install button appears again, with message saying Not Installed.

Are you sure that your security software is not isolating the installer? My Comodo Internet Security will put unknown executables in auto-containment, which means that it can only do limited actions on your PC. This will typically make installers fail unless I allow them to be run outside containment.

This might explain your installation issues, so check your particular security solution to see if it doesn't do something similar.
