Hi, I've recently upgraded my mac to a new macbook pro with M1 Pro processor, and have run into some issues when trying to install my license for V Collection (version 8 - I've yet to upgrade). A few of the plugins are not successfully installing using Arturia Software Centre - this includes, notably, Prophet V (V3) and CS80V (V3). The plugins download, but then when I click 'install' they briefly appear to be installing, then stop and show the message 'not installed'. I notice that Prophet and CS80 plugins have been updated to V4 in V Collection 9 - might this be a compatibility issue, or is there another solution to this? I don't particularly want to upgrade to the most recent version if it can be avoided.
Thanks in advance for any advice or answers!
Simon

What OS are you running? Arturia apps have been compatible with M1 and M2 computers since the launch of V Collection V8.2, but not MacOS13. If you've only just bought a Mac, it's probably likely MacOS13 came pre-installed.

As luck would have it, the macbook has had to go back to apple because of a defect with the screen display, so I can't check, but I bought it literally last week, so seems likely that's the issue. I'll look into it - thanks.
