Title: Keylab 49 frozen after a firmware update!
Post by: unityvillage on December 20, 2022, 05:38:51 pm
I just tried to update my KL 49, and after it was finished, I was unable to turn it off.

It seems frozen, non responsive, when I run midi center it says that device is in Bootloader mode.

I cannot reset it, it only displays: Analog Experience Keylab

Hi

Regular guy here, so take this from the perspective that I'm not speaking from a position of any authority, but have you tried a factory reset? Unplug the USB cable to turn the controller off, hold the octave up and down buttons simultaneously, then plug the cable back in. After a few seconds, release the buttons and confirm the reset by pressing the central knob.

If this fails, it's probably going to be best to raise a ticket through your Arturia account, but likely their service center will now be closed for New Year.

Good luck.

Thanks a lot, tried the reset but it didn't work.

Still looking for a solution.
