Hi there,
Pigments (and it's associated NKS previews) seems to be missing from the list of VSTs in Komplete Kontrol.
I've rescanned plugins and the library from within KK, and still can't see Pigments. I can load Pigments from within Komplete Kontrol via the plugin menu.
I'm running KK in Rosetta mode on an M1 mac, but launching without Rosetta produces the same results.
Thanks,
Mag

Hello,
This sounds like a Komplete Kontrol issue.
Perhaps it's about a corrupt database, so you have to delete it and rebuild it. I believe it's named komplete.db3.
I'm on Windows. I don't know where the database is located on a MAC.
I can suggest you ask in NI's forum.
FYI: Only Arturias VST2 plugins have NKS files. So also be sure you point at VST2 plugins.
The VST3 plugins can be found and opened through Komplete Kontrols top menu.
