Can I run the V Collection 9 on the following configuration?

2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5
6 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB

On the page it says I need to have 3.4Ghz (4ghz Turbo Boost) that's why I wanted to know before opting for this upgrade.

Very late response.  Hopefully it helps someone.  I didn't look at the specs closely enough before jumping onto V9.  I have a laptop with 2.8Ghz and 16 ram.  What I have found is Piano V3 doesn't always work when I'm running it from my VST player even though my CPU meters aren't being pegged.  I haven't had issues with any of the other synths.  This release does make a major jump in specs.  So, if it's specifically the piano you are after, I would be hesitant to upgrade.
