Hello everyone,
I freshly installed MacOS Monterey 12.5.1 on a Macbook Pro with an M1 Pro chip.
I have installed Pigments 3.7.1.2684 (arm 64) and am stuck trying to login with my username/password.
I tried restarting the machine several times, and I've tried several networks to get passed this error, but all without success.
When typing in the correct details, I receive the error: "Error 01: Can't communicate with the Arturia Software Center".
I would like to activate Pigments, how can I fix this?
Kind regards,
Igor

Software Centre could just be down.
It's happened before.
Give it a couple of hours and try logging into the ASC again.

Thanks for the fast reply!
Unfortunately, things haven't changed yet.
For the record, I have installed Pigments without a problem. It is activating/logging in what gives me the Error 01.
I mention this, because this sticky post offers a workaround, but it doesn't help with the Error 01 that I receive:

People also talk about certain permissions, can someone let me know what permissions they are talking about? It is a freshly installed MacOS, so I doubt it is on my side, however I am willing to try everything out of course.
Kind regards,
Igor

I'm not sure if this helps any:

This could be an issue related to just your particular MacOS, I'm 100% guessing at that, but all I can say is I have no such issues on MacOS12 so it looks like it's something that got inherently fixed by a later release or deliberately patched.

Same link as I've posted, every link within that link is also broken.
Can anyone help me with any concrete steps other than I have already mentioned to circumvent this Error 01?
Or who I should contact to troubleshoot this issue?

Error is solved!
I actually did not open the ASC itself simultaneously with the VST.
It now communicates properly, I forgot the most obvious step ;) oops.
