Hello,

Are you sure the pedal connection it self - and that the settings for it is correct in Arturia Midi Control Center?

100% sure, sustain input, control option on sustain input in mcc.
Another words the problem is that (last update bring it, 5.6.0.2890):
When sustain is pressed - the sounds are randomly is not heared when i press the keys on controller

Do you have the same issue, if you try to assign a button Midi CC#64 (Sustain) - and see if the issue is the same, if you use that instead of the pedal.

I don't have an Arturia controller. But i know there is a description on how to do a factory preset correct in the manual. You try that.

You can allways try to reinstall Analog Lab.
I presume you have the issue with all presets in Analog Lab.
But if you also have the issue with other applications than Analog Lab, then it's not about that. You can test, if that's the case.
