Title: routing lowest note to one synth and poly chord to another
Post by: fferri on August 19, 2022, 09:44:08 am
I'm new to the KSP so sorry if this doesn't make sense.

I want to control two synthesizers at once (from the same track), one is monophonic (via CV/Gate or via MIDI, both options are available) and one is polyphonic (MIDI).

So for the monophonic one, one of the active notes has to be chosen, and I want the bass (lowest) note to be picked. So the mono synth can play the bass, and the poly synth the whole chord.

Is this possible? How?

best way would be to use 2 parts

there's a split mode if you hit 2 track selection buttons at the same time,
the order that you hit them decides which way around they are
(counter-intuitive to me, it's first button is the high split, second is the low split)

give it a try

you can move the split point I believe
