Title: Syncing Volca to KSP is unreliable

Why KORG Volca randomly skip steps when synced to KeyStep Pro?
KSP clock is set to input=Auto, clock rate=24 PPQ, output=2 PPQ (Volca wants 1 clock pulse every 2 steps, that is 2 pulses per quarter).
Works almost well except that skip some step every 1-2 bars, which makes it totally unusable.... any ideas?

Also I'd like to point out that the KeyStep manual mentions "KORG sync":

however that option is not available in MIDI Control Center or in the device's utility menu:
