Title: Second Hand Minifuse 2

Hi everyone,

I won a second hand Minifuse 2 in an auction and when I tried to register the product it was already registered (who would have thought?!...) The thing is I cannot possibly know the 1st owner of the interface so I can't request them to unregister it following the normal process. Does anyone know any workarounds so I can finally get access to the software that come with the interface?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hello,

You need to contact our support team, they might unregister the previous owner if you give the SerialNumber of the device and maybe a clue that you havn't stole it to anyone ;)
