Title: Sticky notes and problems linking to reaper

Since I purchased the arturia mkii black edition 88 I have never been able to record a song on the piano without getting stuck notes, example attached:

does anyone know how to solve it?

I can't configure it with reaper either

I had the exact same problem, mine its a KEYLAB61, aparently this is something that happens to a lot of people, its infuriating. Also, i cant believe how difficult is to post/respond, i cant even understand the letter they use. This brand a big nono for me.
