Title: Urgent firmware update
Post by: devanirreolon on July 07, 2022, 06:56:25 am
Why can't these buttons on the central part be changed in the Midi Control Center?

If I don't use Analog Lab 2 it loses all its purpose of being a controller, everything should be mapped.

There should be an update to fix this.

Welcome

Sorry but you're being melodramatic. The manual, if you've taken time to read it, clearly explains that some sections cannot be remapped, namely this and the DAW controls. Every other control can, so how exactly does it lose 'all purpose of being a controller'?

Nope. That's a very self-entitled view. For a start it doesn't need a 'fix' because it isn't a fault. The product does exactly what it claims to do. If in future they give you additional functionalities not originally promised, have the courtesy to say thanks. Do you work for free, or do you just expect Arturia to?

Hi,
I was really very demanding in the way I expose things.

It's just that in my head it doesn't make sense to have buttons there and not be able to use them, maybe Arturia is something more appropriate for Arturia's software.

But all right?
Do I remove the topic to not cause controversy?

No need.
You've made what amounts to a very valid feature request, my criticism was only that you could have worded it in a less self-entitled way.

Yes, I apologize for that.
I think it was the tiredness of the day, maybe it was an outburst ahhaha

And perhaps none of these friends took the initiative.
So thank you for your attention and explanation..
