Title: Pitch bender value automatically changing/jumping

Hi, my essential keylab 49, pitch bender value is automatically changing. Even when analogue lab or DAW are closed. Just after having power in the midi controller, the pitch bend value starts jumping. That's why, the scale automatically changing. How can I fix it. Now I am using ableton 11 on windows 11

If it's under warranty still, ask for a new one, otherwise do like me sell it for parts and never buy a arturia gear again... :'(
