Title: Master Cutoff knob not working properly

When I adjust the Master Cutoff knob, sometimes it doesn't adjust at all. Then sometimes it adjusts wildly and stays at a random value. But never does it smoothly adjust like it should. This is happening in Logic Pro X both when using PolyBrute Connect, and when just using the external instrument plugin.

Any advice before I send it back?

Hi Captain, this happened to me yesterday and was solved with a factory reset but the unit is brand new and now I am a little nervous since other little things don't seem to be working correctly.  How was your situation resolved?  Thanks Austin
