Very new to Arturia. So new that I have 3 plugins in my cart that I haven't bought yet, only demo'd. They sound amazing. But luckily I happened to notice BEFORE I'd bought them, that when I save a Pro Tools session and re-open it, all the Arturia plugins revert to the factory default preset setting. This is super annoying. I searched around to see if there was a fix, but it seems this has been an ongoing issue for quite a while - with no fix!?! Can that be true? This is such an absolutely basic feature, it would be kind of stunning if Arturia just ignores it. So I'm starting a new thread to bump to the top. I'm running Pro Tools HDX 2021.6 on Mac OS 10.14. If there's no fix for this, I won't be buying the plugins.

Just chiming in here to say that a very nice person from Arturia sales assured me that the inability to save settings with the session was just a function of running in demo mode. So I took the plunge, have licensed versions of the three plugs, and my settings are in fact being saved with my Pro Tools session.
