Hello everyone :)
I bought Keylab 61 MKII. Everything works, but I was surprised by two things.
1. When I´m looking on the keybed, the individual keys are not aligned, but it's a bit bumpy. Is it a bug of my instrument, or a common thing? It's my first Arturia controller, so I don't know...

2. Some keys make a popping sound when released (released aftertouch). Here is a short video, where I compare the key that does this with the key that is OK: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1glA6Yz29i2AOrJaR9cs309KUAspgnMXv/view?usp=sharing
Since so far I have only used quality keyboards that have worked flawlessly, I want to ask if something like this is normal with this instrument or if there is a reason for a complaint. It's not a cheap affair, after all, and Arturia has it as a flagship model.
Thank you for your opinions and have a nice day :)

Hi,
I suggest you contact Arturia support.
I would exspect keys to be the same and even.
I don't have a Arturia controller. But i doubt this is standard on a new controller.

I have the same issue with my new Arturia Keylab 61 MkII, the keys in the keybed are uneven.
