Title: Keylab MKII Next/Previoius buttons don't light up and rotary encoders

Hello,
I'm having an issue with my Keylab 61 mkII running in Cubase 11 Pro.  According to the manual the 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons lights are supposed to be lit to be able to jump from one bank of 8 faders (tracks 1-8)  to the next bank of 8 faders but those button do not light up. If I have more than 8 tracks in a session I'm unable to control the first 8 tracks, the faders always start at track 9. Also, the rotary encoders don't control the panning in Cubase regardless of which track is selected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I just got my Keylab MK2 I'm having the banking issue running Cubase 11 Pro. What are your settings?
