Title: Pigments refund, Is it possible? :(

Hi,
I accidently purchased Pigments straight forward without trying the demo at first.
I don't find Pigments satisfying enough for me, Will I ever see my money back?
I am super stressed as my budget is extremely low and my pocket truly hurts.

Hi,

You have to ask Arturia sale support through your account.
As you say, then it was possible to demo before buying. I don't think you are entitled to a refund. But only Arturia can tell for sure.

You are free to sell the product and transfer the registration to a new owner, if you can and will.
