Title: Bought a new Keystep 37. Keys G# to D# aren't sending MIDI signal

Just unboxed my brand new Keystep 37. But keys G# to D# are not sending any MIDI signal. The light on top of the keys don't light up, neither do I hear the associated sounds for these keys. Upgraded firmware and tried different sound sources - VST and hardware synths. Super bummed. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
